P.J. Spillings were contracted to refurbish and remodel this city centre surgery.
Our team carried out external roofing works and new windows and doors were fitted.
Internally, demolition works allowed for more space within the surgery. Cavity wall injection was required as well as internal wall protection.
We completely overhauled the electrical and plumbing work and installed new steelwork.
New partition walls were created to make better use of the space, ceilings hung and plastering completed. Our team installed crucial fire stopping, pipe boxing and access panels.
P.J. Spillings undertook all internal decoration, finishing this project to the high standards you expect from our Health sector experience. Our joinery fitted a bespoke reception counter as well as internal doors including a seminar sliding door.
IPS units were installed, and we added the finishing touches; ironmongery and privacy details such as window blinds and screens. We also fitted acoustic panels to control sound travel, and installed all the internal signage.
Our works have provided the surgery with extra office and consulting room space as well as a spacious waiting area for patients.
