P.J. Spillings were contracted to refurbish Tuckswood Surgery, both inside and out.
The building was retiled and new fascias, soffits and rainwater goods fitted. New PVCu and Velux windows were also fitted and the brickwork faced.
Externally, our team landscaped the surrounding area and constructed a bike shelter with bike hoops.
Internally, we completely overhauled the electrical and plumbing work, created a loft space and fitted a fire curtain.
New partition walls were created to make better use of the space, ceilings hung and plastering completed.
Internally, IPS handwash basins were installed, magnetic white boards fitted and crucial storage units were fitted throughout, as part of our high quality decoration and finishing process.
Our joinery fitted internal doors and we added the finishing touches; ironmongery and privacy details such as window blinds and screens, giving Tuckswood Surgery a fresh new look.
