P.J. Spillings were contracted to refurbish Mitchells’ Renault car showroom and offices.
Work started with demolition, taking up floor tiles and stripping out the building.
The new design improved the way the existing space is used so our next job was to block an existing door. New flooring was laid and new ceiling tiles installed, and all electrical installation undertaken. The WC was also completely refurbished.
Our team decorated throughout, with new skirting boards, internal doors and ironmongery. Our carpentry team built a bespoke reception desk.
There were finishing touches throughout the building, such as a using different colour schemes for after sales areas, and installing glass screens with partial graphic prints giving customers privacy when talking to the team. The result is a spacious and modern showroom that welcomes customers.
