P.J. Spillings were contracted to complete the build on two commercial units, and then fit out to a high standard, giving our clients a substantial office space for meetings and presentations.
P.J. Spillings completed the construction on these partially built units, including external works and drainage works using Eco drainage channels, steelwork and brickwork, and electrical and mechanical work.
Our roof works included zinc roofing and cladding, and the use of flowline plastics, roof tiling and UPVC gutters and aluminium downpipes to create a contemporary roofline system.
Internal construction included the installation of a lift, floor beams and planks, and steel fire protection throughout – creating a safe and accessible working environment. Ceilings were hung, and partitions added before plastering, decorating and adding fixtures and fitting.
Our joinery team crafted the roof timbers and loft hatch, timber internal door sets, staircase, velux windows and other beautiful finishing touches.
