P J Spillings Joinery was awarded the £175,000 Joinery fit out contract. The works started in August 2014 and involved a new 43,000 sq ft John Lewis At Home and 42,250 sq ft Waitrose Store, which were joined by a main atrium. The works included the doorset, ceiling rafts and the John Lewis store feature entrance. The feature entrance was constructed in timber then clad in powder coated aluminium with a plastered section through the centre all of which was procured and installed by P J Spillings.

The new John Lewis and Waitrose Store in Horsham opened to the public in June 2015 after 10 months of works carried out by Simons Construction.
